The Costa Rica Experiment

Hi guys,

I'm doing a communal living experiment in Costa Rica November 1-30.

I'm looking for a kick-ass pad for someone to rent us, or donate, for the experiment.

Would you post here details of places you KNOW are good? Or people you know who have a place that may be available?

(posting here is preferred, but if you wish to send it privately, you can email terri AT solutionbox.com)

CRITERIA FOR THE HOUSE:
can house 15 people, hot tub, killer view over forest or ocean or both, preferably high enough to be cool (i.e. more mountainous) but not a dealbreaker, no more than 1 hour from a major city, 30 minutes preferred, in nature, place for kids to play that's removed sound-wise from sleeping and main living areas, high speed internet via cable or sattelite (that's a deal breaker).

Thanks for your help!

David

Wow, David--so much news, so much change! You go, guy!

* write book with awesome ghostwriter (The Wealthy Gypsy)
* find marketing person/company to promote my products

I can help some on these two. I do more book coaching than actual ghostwriting (I've done the latter a couple of times, but I'm expecting to have a book to write with my own name on the cover). I can help you focus your ideas, think about the best publishing directions, and get it published either traditionally or on your own.

And as you know from our previous work, I can do a marketing plan, write the copy, etc., though I don';t do full-service marketing.

Let me know if you want more info about either or both. wish I could help you with Copsta Rica--sounds wonderful but I have no contacts there.

David

I have a very close friend who just spent her 40th bday in Costa Rica at a wonderful villa overlooking the ocean. She went with about 14 other people and everybody was very impressed all around.

I am sending you a link to the property management company and also to the Villa that they stayed in. It appears to be booked for November, so I am sending a link of another that they considered that is in the same general location and available for November as I am writing.

Villa they stayed in:

Villa that came in 2nd:

I hope this helps

Hi David:

I wish I had contacts in Costa Rica.

If you ever wish to come to Puerto Rico a house with that criteria would be easy to find. Much success!

Hi David:

Perhaps I can help.

I live in Costa Rica, in a beautiful suburb of San Jose, in the mountains. What is your budget? That will help me narrow things down for you.

Hi David,
Best wishes from Ireland, to your earlier post.
Thanks for the update.
I have been part of your coaching world for quite a while.
You seem to be on an interesting exciting life journey. So, well done. And, it seems like you are dealing with your shadow side at present. Well done, that requires courage
I noticed you have been on anti anxiety drugs.
Well done for coming off them.
I specialise in coaching people to recover COMPLETELY from anxiety. I have been absolutely anxiety and drug free for 25 years, having been crippled by panic etc for 5 years aged 27-32 yo.
I seem to remember that you are a Landmark Education Graduate. I am as well, which makes coaching easier!
I would be very willing to support you (be your buddy) in your recovery from anxiety.
You can see something about me on my website below.

There's a beautiful yoga center called Pura Vida. I think it has accommodations for up to 20 people plus a large yoga room with beautiful views. For cost and details check their website. Don't know about availability.

Hi David,
I have a lot of family and friends in Costa Rica, but I don't know anyone that has a house that can accommidate 15 people. The largest home I know of is 3 bedrooms, and then it doesn't meet the other criteria like the view, distant, etc. I found a person that deals with rentals on Craigslist that you may want to talk to about your request, but it may not be in your price range. If you do talk to the rental agent, you want Heredia, Escazu, Alajuela they have incredible views close to San Jose and the airport. Jaco is within a hour of the city, however it is a beach area only and isn't as cool(temp). Below is the info I found:

$1000 STOP LOOKING ALL OVER- anywhere you want (all CR)
